When I arrived at the property in the middle of the night, I had to lug my bag up multiple steps. The gentleman in concierge than stood and hurled constant abuse and was yelling at the young, female receptionist. I felt extremely dismissed as a customer and concerned for the receptionist. It was unsafe and unprofessional.

The bed was comfortable. The apartment was a very poor design. A big room with a lot of empty space. The bed was very close to the toilet and bathroom which was enclosed in glass. Only one bedside table and no bedside draws. Not enough hanging space or drawers. No carpet. Laundry facilities were shared and coin operated. No laundry powder supplied, had to purchase a sachet of powder from reception. Wouldn't stay there again
