Clean, easy to find centrally located

Pros: Central location, clean rooms, easy to find, quiet to sleep in, the pool and spa, and the extra comfortable beds.
Cons: A ramp at the front entrance so that you don't have to drag your heavy luggage up stairs, and a warmer SPA, was far too cool for a SPA.
Location: Centrally located off Collins street and easy walk to all you need in the CBD and surrounds, we did not need to use PT or take our own car.
The motel is in a great location, centrally located in Melbourne's CBD. We were able to get an hour's early check in which was great. The room was lovely and clean, the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The pool and spa were just beautiful, would be great if the SPA was a bit warmer, was quite cool. The shower in our room had great pressure. The motel did not suffer from outside noise as many do in the CBD. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Comfy beds, nice room

Staff were great, room itself was good and the beds were very comfortable. Room was not clean when we arrived. I did address this with staff the next day & hotel did give us a complementary bottle of wine which was nice. The bathrooms are in dire need of some renovations, and a shower curtain is not what I expected when I opened the bathroom door.

Comfortable, convenient, clean Apartment in Centra

Pros: Well equipped rooms, very welcoming staff who continued to be helpful.
Cons: Recycling rubbish- provide bins so as to put bottles etc in ta recycling bin.
Location: Close to Flinders St station. and Central Melbourne , just off tree lined Collins Street.
Traveling alone to Melbourne the day before Melbourne cup I found this very pleasant and convenient apartment. Stayed for 4 days and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly, Walking distance to everything I wanted to go to. Not The racing but the ART gallery and Victoria Market and all the fabulous lanes. Just perfect.

Great hotel and location.

What a great hotel! Perfect location just off Collins street, close to casino and flinders street station. Staff were so helpful and lovely. Room was clean and good size. We had dinner the first night in the restaurant as we arrived late and was delicious! The only thing is a ramp for pram access would be benifical for parents other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I arrived at the hotel at around 7.30 am, after travelling on the red eye from Perth, with check in not until 2.0pm. The staff kindly arranged an upgrade for me as well as an earlier check in, around 9.00am, which was most appreciated. I found all the staff very accommodating and friendly during my three day stay. The rooms were clean and relatively spacious. I only ate breakfast as far as meals were concerned; it was fresh, nutritious as well as tasty and not expensive. Location was very convenient as I attended a couple of functions at the Crown which was within easy walking distance. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to future Melbourne visitors.
