Good value for Cup week

This was a new hotel to stay at for Melbourne Cup week. Very good value, good service a very nice room after upgrade to 2 bedroom suite. $5 glasses of bubbles available with breakfast for race week was a great idea. Happy hour each afternoon, 2 for the price of one. Lovely dinner, very good wait staff. Unfortunately there was a glitch with the ordering on Melbourne Cup night. No orders were received by the kitchen for an hour, so many people were kept waiting. Other than that it was great

Stale food smells

Terrible smell in apartment from old cooking. Not enough privacy with Windows. Safe not affixed to floor for securing your valuables. Dirty armchair. Ironing board non functional.

Great location easy to find.

Pros: The spa, pool, gym, view, location.
Cons: A firmer bed, more bathroom shelving, more toilet paper.
Location: Close to Melbourne central, vic markets, trains, trams.
Clean room, kept running out of toilet paper, bed too soft, no milk in fridge, nice big shower, not much shelving in bathroom.

Nice hotel close to everything

The room was very comfortable and it was lovely to relax in the pool after a day of sight seeing. The food in the restraunt and the cocktails were very good. The reception staff were very helpful in directing me around Melbourne.

Great place!

Loved the Pegasus, will definitely return. The staff were so amazing and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They really have thought of everything at this establishment. The food was great, the Happy Hour was a huge bonus. The room was great and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the shower frame needs some attention,it needs a good scrub or needs to replaced. Also there were long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived, my sister and I are both blonde. Other than that it was very good.

Location: Great location close to everything including the free tram zone!

What were they thinking?

Cons: Not sure how a windowless room could be improved.
Location: Prefer to be in another area
Only one air conditioning unit in lounge/dining area. No a/c in bedrooms - and more alarmingly, the second bedroom had NO windows. First room allocated, and changed, had workers with yellow hats working right outside of our window. Furniture needs a clean.
