Hotel close to CBD and Tennis Centre.

Pros: Position and comfort. The room was fresh clean and very comfortable
Cons:
Location: Very close to MCG and Tennis Centre. Federation Square a short walk and the Treasury Gardens next door are a total joy.
Hotel was good but Seafood Buffet which was quite expensive left a lot to be desired. The seafood was rather tired. However the promotional wines that were offered were outstanding.

A night out attending a 21st birthday celebration

We checked in at 4.30pm. The man at the door parked our car and we went to at 5.30pm. Had a great night out. Slept really well on a really comfortable king bed. Had a really nice breakfast. The person at the desk needs to orientate you to the various components of the kitchen as we missed the egg chef. But it was no big deal. Checked out without any problems. Car was waiting. That's what is so good at a good hotel..... it was uneventful and enjoyable. Thank you.

It was a lovely stay.

Very well kept hotel. We have stayed there many, many times because of the Australian Open Tennis tournament when it was Hilton on the Park....the Accor people have kept the standard high. A most pleasant couple of days AND the location is excellent,

Close to city

Thanks to Emily for giving us free breakfast as we were given the wrong prices by two other staff members.

change is not always good

Good location, however I found the rooms and parking to be over priced. Significant renos in the lounge and restaurant in my opinion have ruined the previous relaxed and elegant appeal, now it's more about the Tv screens and fitting as many people in as possible. The lounge is no longer a pleasant place to read a book and have a glass off wine, feels more like a pub. The restaurant is now a buffet, the whole thing is a bit dingy and not very pleasant. I also didn't find the staff very pleasant, bit disappointing considering a 2 night staff cost over $1000. A shame as this used to be one of the best stays in Melbourne

Close to the MCG

Pros: Location was important, and we were very impressed by friendly and professional staff who were very happy to assist with our requests.
Cons: On this occasion all our needs were met.
Location: Set next to beautiful parks and gardens, the MCG, and easy walking distance to the city. If you don't want to walk, the trams stops outside the hotel
On this occasion we needed to be close to the MCG as we were running in the Melbourne Marathon, and the Pullman is located a short walk away. Very convenient.

Diamond Jubilee

Absolutely beautiful time there, arrived 6pm Saturday for a dance competition on the Sunday, left Monday morning 10am. Just an amazing experience even better than my first stay 12 months before. Every aspect of hotel experience is truly what dreams are made off. Loved my time there.
