An exhilarating experience to be treated with such proffessionalism and humanity. A joy to see young people being able to communicate in such a respectful and humurous manner with those of us in middle age. Congratulations to management , your form of training actually works.

Enjoyed our stay

Pros: Standard of hotel and location
Cons: Housekeeping too noisy early when guests trying to sleep...even knocking on doors before 9am, also preadvice re building works would be nice
Great location - walk into city through the garden, or short tram ride, located next to MCG for cricket / football and walk to Rod Laver Arena for concerts and tennis Lovely pool to relax by ...but currently building works next door detracts from the peace & tranquility

Staff were lovely and accommodating.

Power point tho bathroom didn’t work Two full length mirrors were so hazy I couldn’t see myself properly. They were clean enough but so old the need to be replaced! Mini bar was very average and the supply of Nescafé was disappointing . It’s the worst coffee in the world o

Nice Hotel

Pros: Clean and friendly staff
Cons: A/C was not working in our room.
Location: Great location close to MCG etc and walking distance to CBD.
Ok location, clean rooms, nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Just unlucky to have a room that the A.C was not working very well and could not sleep from the heat.

Nice hotel close to entertainment.

Pros: Underground parking a little tight, but I have a large vehicle. No need to park out on the street and a choice of valet if you wish. Good security.
Cons: The toilet was old and used a lot of water for a basic flush. The shower is in a bathtub, but no complaints on the water pressure the door groundout.
Location: Located close to most of the major sporting venues as well as the city for shopping and movies and theatres and parks.
We came for the bull riding invitational at Hisense and chose the hotel for its position for walking distance to the arena. Looking from our window we could see that most of the venues for whatever entertainment are close with little hassle to get to with walkways that get you to where you need to be. A short distance to the city as well for those that wish to walk or a peaceful tram ride. We would've liked to view the pool, but the rain deterred us from venturing that far, our room was quaint we had a choice of drinks from the mini bar or tea and coffee.

It’s ok but I’ve stayed in better in Melbourne

It’s ok but I’ve stayed in better in Melbourne. The bed was comfortable so that’s why I gave it 3 stars. Bathroom is tired and rooms need better lighting.

Comfy bed, but disappointed about closure of pool

The renovations to the ground level were impressive. Th king size bed was very comfortable and the view was excellent. The tapestry and pizza were delicious. I was disappointed that as a 5 star hotel in a competitive market, that there was no free WiFi. Upon checkin I was advised that the pool was closed due to construction.nI was very disappointed as it was a hot day and I had planned on swimming. I asked about a discount for the inconvenience, and was advised the alternative was to go to their pool 15 mins away which was too inconvenient. The air conditioning in our room didn't function properly.
