Whilst the hotel was conviently located in the city, the hotel lacked those extra hotel experiences for the price. Only had one pillow per person, the sofa bed not made up (I had to make this up myself) and very uncomfortable with no mattress topper or donna, view into a shaft and into an office building, noisy (overnight construction nearby), bathroom was dirty, minimal extras (no shampoo/cond, min tea and coffee and cheap brands).

Based on the price paid I was very impressed with the quality, size and cleanliness. It was a very short stay <10hrs but it worked well for my needs and I would be happy to book this hotel again.

The property was in my budget and easy to access from transport. It was also close to the Queen Victorian Market. Breakfast was available if you wanted or I could stroll to the Queen Victoria Market for breakfast.
