Dirty, rooms and pool. Facilities not working. Tap had poor pressure . Dirty cups. TV no sound. Floors sticky . Need I go on. Do not stay there .

45 minutes waiting to check in. No wifi available. Jug barely functioning. Room lighting poor with limited natural light without anyone walking past peering into your life. Shower alcove leaked all over the bathroom that didn’t have a floor drain. Hot and cold taps opposite side to convention. Bathroom sink cold tap leaking unless tightened to 15 foot pounds of torque.

The place is dirty and smells. There were mice droppings on our bedroom window sills. One of the showers didn’t work. No chairs to sit around the pool. We hope we don’t get sick from sleeping at this dirty place.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was filthy. The pools were murky and unusable. We were not offered transfers to the hotel or back to the airport. No wifi. 9 TV channels- none for kids. We spent a lot of extra money on tours just to be away from this disaster. Ruined our stay.

We needed a hotel in NADI as our flights home were canceled due to the cyclone. The place is filthy, there were bed bugs, blood stained sheets, terrible overpriced food and terrible management. Not enough staff for the number of rooms. Ruined our experience of Fiji. It is a 1/5 star hotel. Avoid at all cost.

Bula Alexis, Thank you for your feedback. As you are aware you checked in during Tropical Cyclone Sarai. All normal services including Public Transportation for staff to travel to work in were affected, there were frequent power cuts which resulted in places like the laundromat who were washing our linen delivering our laundry very late and not to mention the amount of debris in the Hotel due to the strong cyclone winds during day and the nights. These conditions made it difficult for the Hotel to provide their normal services. We provided accommodation and our services as best as we could during these difficult times. We did not have adequate staff as they could not come to work due to the weather conditions which resulted for some staff in flooding of their homes. We are sorry about the bed bugs experience. Our rooms are regularly sprayed by a Pest Control company every month. However, since these bugs also travel in guests bags, we try our best eliminate them as soon as possible.. The hotel needs the bathrooms updating, they are tired looking. Our room was spacious and overlooked the pool, air con worked fine but tv didnt (although we were not staying to watch tv). Staff were very friendly, shops and restaurants/bars nearby. We did find it a bit odd when we had to sign for towels.....not trusting of guests maybe. Locals dont give it a good rating but we found it comfortable for our week
