Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, das Hotelzimmer stand uns nicht zur Verfügung. Das Restaurant ist geschlossen, am Fenster der Hinweis: Der Betrieb wurde eingestellt. Unter der uns zur Verfügung gestellten Handynummer sprang nur die Mailbox an, keine Ansage, Rückrufe nicht erfolgt, per SMS keine Reaktion. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war für uns umsonst, hat uns nur Zeit und Ärger gekostet.

Sind als Familie von Berlin aus zum Heidepark Soltau, übernachtet im Hotel Feuerstein und am nächsten morgen weiter zum "verrückten Haus" in Bispingen. Bei Bäcker Tamke nebenan fürstlich gefrühstückt, 1a Service und Qualität, nur zu empfehlen. Am Hotel gab es nix zu beanstanden, im Gegenteil, alles bestens..., danke !
