This hotel doesn’t have a lot to offer its guests. Room was tired and dirty in appearance with heavily stained carpet, couch and marks on walls. Complimentary shampoo/conditioner bottles were the leftovers of the previous guest. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, the halls had an offensive odour and were not vacuumed once during my week long stay. This hotel is in dire need of some serious TLC and a makeover. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it and definitely would not stay there again. I appreciated the house keeping but their work was almost pointless as it didn’t make the rooms feel any more clean and welcoming. First time in New York and the only disappointment I will take away from my visit.
