Great new location arrived late hotel accommodated my son which was an add on I forgot to put his name on initial reservation but it was speedy process! Usually stay in Pittsburgh but had to be in NJ for business meeting will stay here again

It’s okay, wouldn’t stay again
The hotel was okay. Hallways smells funky, the room next to us has some sort of industrial fan blowing all night that we could hear in our room. There was water on the bathroom floor that required two towels to clean up, random red marks on walls in bathroom (unsure if from hard water or something else). No hand soap in bathroom. Beds very uncomfortable. The cover on the box spring of the mattress has some stains on it. Scuff marks on the door, very poor paint job. Vending machines wouldn’t take my money. Bathroom toilet was clogged, so I went to use the one in the hallways and that hallways bathroom was DISGUSTING Neither toilet was clean, both full of excrements and clogged, neither in had toilet paper. Idk just a very poor experience.

Upon arriving , I was informed that I didn't have a reservation with the hotel. My hotel was booked through hotels.com and I was given a conformation number. I have use hotels.com for over 12 years and have not experienced this sort of thing. The hotel clerk asked me to wait and perhaps it would show my confirmation soon. After about 30 minutes, I called hotels,com directly and explained my situation to the customer service rep. She called the hotel and after about 15 minutes there still wasn't a resolution. The gentleman at the front desk seemed annoyed and responded to me in such a way that I had to checked his ass. Hotels.com decided to booked me in another hotel. Please stay away and furthermore, during the month of Sept/Oct, Red Roof Inn had about 8 of their cars vandalized.
