Expectations were much higher given the price we paid. Be warned - all photos show beautiful views. Our view looked at walls, rooftops and carparks. Not to mention the elevator that didn't work. 5 floors up and down the fire excape! Very outdated decor, average cleaning. Would not stay again. Location was good, communication was good.

We can see here that you booked a standard 2 Bedroom Apartment, which are not advertised to have a view. We gave you an upgrade to one of our Large 2 Bedroom Apartments with Balconies that has a lovely city outlook and more space than you originally booked. We apologise profusely for the elevator breaking down, as you can imagine this was a logistical nightmare for us. As per the instructions that were on the elevators, you could have caught the other lift to level 4 and only walked up one flight of stairs. So sorry if these signs were not clear!We hope despite these issues you had a lovely weekend. Kind regardsTerminus Reception

We stayed in a studio apartment. Communication was excellent. Room was clean, quite and spacious. Paid parking was easy. Good shower. There was an unexpected gift package which was a very pleasant surprise. We were both very happy with our stay.
