Good layout, front door lock difficult, stale coffee single serves, shower door didn’t shut, no body lotion in the dispenser & lots of bugs in the unit.

One of the dining chairs was broken the seat had come off, I put in the corner, toilet seat loose, screw protruding in entry door causing front door not to close. I meant to tell you when we left but I forgot. Maybe check that all things are working like the A/C remote

Thank you yes we will look into the loose toilet seat and chair. The AC remote has a code and guests change it sometimes so just call us and we will give you the code.

Very mediocre property. With very average facilities. Also a major sporting event took place on the street way on the weekend that we were there. No notification that it was on and there was no vehicle access for a day.

Hi Paul yes the Noosa Tri Weekend is such that we do not have the ability to check people in or our on the day of the race. We try to let everyone know. We love our property and attempt to make everyones stay as comfortable as possible.

Nice spot outside seemed clean enough(we were only there for the night) hot water only last 2 3 minute showers paid extra for the spa room but only enough hot water to fill 3 inches in the bottom, most likely Lucy as once I looked in the spa jets I am glad I didn’t turn it on but ended in everyone bird bathing in the same water. We left a note to be contacted but have not yet been contacted regarding this along with a few other things
