Centrally located, clean. Wifi a bit patchy in some places. Owner was really responsive and attentive. Double glazing helps a lot with noise being on main road. Stayed here twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended

Super friendly and helpful
Amongst the most friendly motels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Excellent local knowledge and advice on places to go, things to see and places to eat. Great location only a very short walk from anything you could want; gardens, restaurants, takeaway options, and a 10-15min short stroll to central Dunedin (the Octagon). Motel itself is kept very clean and is comfortable.
