Great location, easy walk to most places. Hotel was in process of renovation, made things interesting. Big rooms, old world charm. Terrific staff, couldn't do enough for us.

Centre of Nuku'alofa, with views of the Royal Tombs. Hotel is very quiet, and needs a few repairs, basic restaurant but plenty of eating places nearby, recommend Marco's Pizza (BYO) in Unga Street, Friends Restaurant, Café Post (for coffee and lunch) and the Billfish Bar. Tonga is closed on Sundays.

Friendly staff but not close to a swimming beach.
The hotel itself is in a fairly rundown condition. However, the staff are very friendly and the continental breakfasts are good. There are no cooking facilities in the rooms as we expected. As it turned out, it didn't really matter. The wifi connection in our room was not very good. The hotel is in a very central location in the town. Even though the water was within walking distance of the hotel, it was not a nice area to swim.

This hotel is right downtown and convenient for walking tour, access to ATM and dinner at highly recommended Friend's Restaurant. Room ws spacious and well decorated. .
