Was promised a refund due to the sprinkler system going off and wetting the hotel room, I still have not received the refund

I booked our holiday especially looking for a pool.... very disappointed it was not a pool but only a ‘splash pool’, not much fun for the kids at all. Also no restaurant for dinner. Great to be able to get chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for our beach time.
