Nice and private a few hygiene issues but otherwise great
Suited our needs after doing a general clean although left the freezer down stairs as was to yuk. Beds where wonderful and clean even if one mattress protector was a bit gross. Generally great though very well stocked for all needs.

We are not impressed to be sent out a "rate the property" survey as we had cancelled this accommodation due to the event we were attending had been cancelled due to Covid 19. We were told that we were not to receive a refund of any form via very poor communication and basically non negotiable. To receive this email, this feels like another kick in the teeth. Again another poor form of communication. No one has bothered to phone us and have a conversation, offer alternative options. We feel very let down from Bookabach.
