out of season one night stay

The tourist cabin and location were perfect, loved our walk on the beach. Shame we were just passing through, would go back and stay longer. Staff were really friendly.

Excellent stay

Didnt know where to stay. Just want the cheap option.Ohiwa surplusses our expectation. And will stay there again

Will definitely stay again.

Pros: Clean, quiet, views.
Location: Close to Whakatane, a lovely drive.
Great views from the cabins and a short walk to the beach. Camp kitchen is beautiful as are the other amenities.

Pros: Friendly staff and beautiful setting
Cons: So far from anywhere to get dinner
Lovely family owned place but bit tired now and showing. But good down to earth place

Pros: Very comfortable bed so a great nights sleep! Very relaxing situation lovely walking on the beach
Cons: It was a two in a block cabin and unfortunately when next door walked around the floors all creaked and were noisy
Location: Tranquil
Facilities: Nice ; Value: Affordable; Cleanliness: Faultless; If you feel like a climb the views from the lookout ( PA site) are amazing
