The room(s) had a bad smell. Had to be moved because of animal hair in first room (allergy). I really can't see the 4.5 guest rating........ bizarre.

So sorry to hear that you had an bad experience with your stay. We do not put pets in all our rooms. Some people are more sensitive then others. We did move you right away when brought to our attention.
