Unfortunately, there was construction on the property’s beach for my entire stay - 6 days. Housekeeping was always out of towels, called multiple times/days for towels and for maintenance for a clogged shower. Check in and check out was a long wait. Charged additional, erroneous fees after my stay and it took months to refund. Communication is lacking.

We’ve gone past this hotel many times. This was a last minute replacement after our hotel we originally booked was disgusting and we couldn’t stay there. This is a palace what a beautiful hotel. The amenities are great. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby. The staff is beyond friendly. Well worth any extra money for this compared to a hotel in 192. And if you can get a last minute deal like this. Run for it!!!

Staff seemed unhappy and under pressure, some were unfriendly. There were several unexpected up-charges, and some stealth charges that we did not appreciate. As one example, the buffet breakfast (not included) said it included ‘beverages’ and then we discovered that word does not include coffee or tea. For such a high level hotel we found ourselves w disappointed with the experience.
