Pretty basic and inside average outside in bad need of repair and presentation some staff good some in need of speaking clear English our room mostly clean but along the ranch slider was filthy and under spare bed was not vacuumed

have now stayed here 6 times great to get free transport from airport. the staff are so helpful and friendly the rooms we have had have all been clean and well maintained, and once again as i say in every review i do for them the steak is cooked to perfection

The Fire alarm in the middle of the night wasn’t their fault ,it was set off by a drunk person,but getting back to sleep and getting up was a bit sluggish

We arrived but they had no record of our registration. The desk attendant said the day we registered through Wotif they were having problems with their system. We have to give them credit for going out of their way to find us a room. However, that room had major problems. They did not offer a discount. The shower had a gap at the bottom hence the water ran out on the floor. No bath, no facecloths, no hand towels, floors in bathroom and entry appeared dirty, skylight in the bathroom was very dirty and appeared to possibly have black mold.
