The room we stayed in was spacious, however there were some spaces that wer dirty and possibly overlooked. The bedside drawers had rubbish left inside. We couldve done with a service half way through our stay, like a complementary vacuum of floors.

To be fair, we only stayed overnight and didn’t realise the lovely location so close to the waterfalls, until we had checked out and went to explore. Haruru Falls are a must-see.

Misinformed about the size of room. The rooms need some maintenance i.e. peeling paint on the shower step,wet carpet from the rain.No kettle to make hot drinks.Carparks are behind the building,long walk to get to your rooms.Overpriced for basic accommodation.

There was no one else there. So it was quiet. Annoyed that i couldnt even make acuo of tea in my room.

Hi there, We do not have too many guests stayed with us due to the covid19 .The international tourists could not come to Paihia. So it was quiet . We are using shared kitchen so all the facilities and tea in the kitchen . It's all public on the website. You should aware that before you make booking with us .

The property had a beautiful view out over the river and a large deck with multiple picnic tables. We were able to enjoy our dinner outside in the fresh air.

Thanks for left review for us . All the double rooms do not have those facilities which shows on the website . However, we have those facilities in our big shared kitchen.
