This property is 1bath and a flush not 2 baths. It does not have a dryer. It was poorly cleaned There were no check out procedures posted in the apartment. I had to call to get them.

Best for those with a car
The property is fine, although I was under the impression that we would have two full bathrooms. The second bathroom is merely a toilet (no sink) in a closet. Also, if you plan on cooking, be prepared to bring everything. There is no salt or pepper or cooking oil. The nearest markets are within walking distance, but they are not very close. The metro station is a good 10 minute walk, which is not bad, but there are no markets along the route. The balcony is very nice and the property very secure -- almost too secure. I was concerned that if we lost the one key we were given or if the fob didn't work, we would have quite a time of it.

Very nice appartment close to Paris
The appartment is very nice, it has everything you need (including a dish washer which is not mentioned in the description I think). The beds are good!. There is also a parking garage below the building, veey convenient. Shops and restaurants are close, including a bakery. It is a 10 minute walk to the metro station, from there it is about 30 minutes to the centre of Paris.

Bien - MAIS attention
Un appartement sur deux étages spacieux et bien équipé - exception faite de: - la connexion internet qui était absente. Pourtant il y avait une bBox et une box carte SIM, aucune des deux ne fonctionnaient. - Du cannapé lit qui a surement un peu trop veillit et qui a un sommier assez désagrable au niveau des jambes. Enfant, un gros accident dans la salle de bain quand une trappe en bois m'est tombé sur dessus en l'ayant à peine touchée. Un bout d'oreille en moins et du sang partout... Pas top top ca, et pour le moment aucun dédommagement :(

Zustand der Wohnung
Das Einchecken war ein Desaster und hat ohne Ende Zeit und Nerven gekostet, die Telefonate sehr unfreundlich;die Wohnung war sauber, aber völlig vergammelt. Die Töpfe waren fast alle nicht nutzbar, die Spülmaschine defekt. Am ersten Abend kein warmes Wasser, der Wasserhahn so laut, dass alle wach wurden. Das dritte Bad gab es nicht. Die Schlafzimmer waren okay, ebenso die Betten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war am 2. Tag freundlich. Insgesamt werden wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.

Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt
Von unserem Zielbahnhof (Gare de L'Est) gut zu erreichen. Mit der Metro 5 kamen wir überall gut hin. Auch sonst alles gut.

Apparemment fonctionnel et agréable.
Appartement très agréable, il manque juste de la vaisselle pour les familles nombreuses. Le respect de l’heure d’arrivée n’a pas été respecté (17h20 au lieu de 15h) et une fois l’appartement occupé plus moyen d’avoir de contacts avec le propriétaire. Concernant la propreté on peut mieux faire!!!! Il ne faut pas trop regarder en -dessous des meubles ni au-dessus de la hotte. 😱😱😱 . Le fait qu’il y ait un garage c’est génial. Malgré ces qques remarques ce fût un très bon séjour .
