Dear Sir,We thank you for your comment and for taking the time to share your impressions.We are delighted to read that you liked the comfort of the room as well as the cleanliness and the staff.We regret that the location disappointed you.Our hotel is located in the lively 10th arrondissement, very popular with Parisians for its trendy bars and restaurants, even though the pedestrian street in which it is located and the open view protect it from the noise of the traffic.Furthermore, our establishment is located close to the Gare du Nord (3 minutes on foot), the Gare de l'Est (1 minute on foot) and the next Charles de Gaulle Express (1 minute on foot), which makes it makes it very practical for a majority of our traveling customers.Finally, since the opening of the hotel, we have not recorded any incidents related to security, whether involving our customers or external people.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you soon,In the meantime,Yours sincerely,
