Staff were very friendly. Bars and restaurants in lobby are nice. Hotel room plumbing wasn't working correctly. shower was scalding hot to ice cold in the same 5 minute shower. Toilet started running and wouldn't flush Loud construction noise from 8.30 on a Saturday Heated pool wasn't heated and was too cold to swim in. Room was quite drab and run down

Beautifully renovated room and feels 5 star the minute you walk into the hotel. The only let down was the pool and the wind tunnel in there

The property was good the room was very basic. No bar fridge facility. Our bathroom was designed for a wheelchair, so shower layout was not really designed for standing. Windows were filthy, roof top view of rubbish on roof level below. Montys was great for breakfast
