many thanks for your recent stay and review. We have 2 operators on site and it is disappointing that we differed from the other operator in terms of the room as they are the same and therefore a few amenity differences aside they should have similar feel. Could you message me privately the room number as the anonomoys posting means I cannot follow up. we usually score very highly on our cleanliness and reviews so its disappointing to have such feedback and would like to address the root causes and remedy for future guests. We have construction located next door currently but we do advise this on all of our booking sites so that each customer can make an informed choice before confirming, of course our rates currently reflect this disturbance as well.
