Hello Russell, We are extremely sorry for this experience. Upon booking it is mentioned that the security pre-authorisation bond takes up to 5-7 days to return into your account. The time it takes the bank's to process this we have no control over, but we do recommend to guest's wanting the bond to be returned promptly to pay cash as we can return that the morning of your departure.For the state of the room however, we apologise and will escalate this to ensure this matter is dealt with promptly within our housekeeping team. As for the noise, we have dealt with this issue, so for any future stay's this will no longer be a problem. We appreciate your feedback and will implement this promptly.
