There was a really annoying squeaking outside of our room that got worse with the wind. We didn’t have linen provided for the sofa bed. The toilet had an odour. Rooms looked nice and lots of room and bed was comfortable.

Expensive for a very average room. On arrival I had to pay another 300 for security deposit which I did not receive back for a week. Staff were rude and I had to ask for a receipt 4 times. The place was dirty with dead flys on the furniture and a motorbike was riding in the paddock next door for hours into the evening.

Hello Russell, We are extremely sorry for this experience. Upon booking it is mentioned that the security pre-authorisation bond takes up to 5-7 days to return into your account. The time it takes the bank's to process this we have no control over, but we do recommend to guest's wanting the bond to be returned promptly to pay cash as we can return that the morning of your departure.For the state of the room however, we apologise and will escalate this to ensure this matter is dealt with promptly within our housekeeping team. As for the noise, we have dealt with this issue, so for any future stay's this will no longer be a problem. We appreciate your feedback and will implement this promptly. We hope your next stay with us is more enjoyable.
