Expensive very ordinary rooms need updating. Air-conditioning was not working properly. Staff were helpful

We were having technical issues with the tv reception booster and could not order the parts due to the industry being closed over the XMAS/New year holidays.

Air conditioner in the room was noisy kept us awake all night. No plates or cutlery to have toast. Bar fridge was to close to the bed we couldn’t even open the door to put anything in yet due to being to close.
