Room was noisy you could hear people in next unit talking when trying to sleep. I was almost asleep when I felt someone moving on my arm. Turned light on and found a cockroach under the bed sheets. Not great. Shower took a while to get hot. Staff were very helpful putting key in the overnight box for my night arrival.
