Everything was excellent! The staff, the food, service and entertainment - perfect! Only thing I would recommend for improvement is WiFi and maybe they could add a 24/7 fruit and juice bar? That would be amazing!

Absolutely beautiful and HUGE resort! The resort is much bigger than I expected/realized with lots to do. I have nothing negative to say other than the fact that the water doesn’t necessarily get hot, it’s just warm. There was also some mosquitos in our room, but I know that was just my personal experience and not necessarily something that everyone should expect. Overall, beautiful resort and very happy with my stay!

I truly experience five star service here.
I really had an amazing trip! I am a frequent solo traveler, and this was my first time visiting Punta Cana. I felt extremely safe on the property, the staff was amazing and everyone was so friendly. The food was amazing. I will definitely be back. The beach was beautiful and I liked that there was food available nearby. I also liked that there was a trolley service running through the property all night up until 2 AM. It made it easier to get places through out the property because you didn’t have to walk as much. I also liked that they had excursion bookings on the property. I got great deals, and the staff of Nexus tours was amazing as well. They also have the staff chuck the coconuts for you to enjoy a nice fresh, coconut water. I am truly happy that I chose to stay here And I will be staying here again later on in the year because I only stayed for three nights and I didn’t get to enjoy every part of the resort. If you stay here, I suggest you stay for at least a week because this resort is way too nice to stay for three nights like I did. Thank you again for my amazing experience.
