Rooms were amazing! The most generous all inclusive resort we have experienced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the Butler service. Our Butler Edward was fantastic! Our Butler Elias made the entire trip wonderful. Without him I don’t think we would have had even half as good of a time! The first room we had was dirty and filled with mosquitoes also terrible location. They did pretty promptly give us a new room, a much much cleaner and better room we were very happy with. Our first night was a little disappointing because of the room and because our butler didn’t get there until the next day. The next day was the start of our great experience. Our butler was funny kind and so personable. I brought my 12 year old son here for a mom and son trip and he bonded with our butler and my son had a wonderful experience in large part to our butler going above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. ELIAS thank you so much for being so awesome. I’m pretty sure a housekeeper or minibar personelle went through my backpack and took money out of it the first day. Put your things in the safe provided. The beach and grounds were beautiful. The food at the Italian restaurant and steakhouse was great the seaside buffet was best for breakfast and lunch. The draft sportsbar food was AWFUL and the food at the buffet was AWFUL. I mean like it was worse than chuckie-cheese food. Also avoid the pizza on the room service menu so bad. The rest of the food on the room service menu was acceptable. The staff was amazing and friendly and make you feel so welcome and appreciated. The check in staff could be more accommodating and more friendly. Will return!
