The views are outstanding. Couch is totally uncomfortable and needs replacing. Outdated furniture and needs updating. Needs sliding door on bathroom. Outdoor railings had moss growing and worms in cracks. Pillows were flat and lumpy.

‘Double bed’ was just two singles pushed together, no communication of this from staff on check in or check out. Room itself was ok, except the bathroom which had damage to the toilet seat and sink, and a shower with heat issues. Glass on shower door scraped and made terrible noise every time you opened it.

I would like to thank Cynthia who assisted us with a change of room when ours was not satisfactory.She was extremely kind and helpful and went to a great deal of trouble to ensure that we were happy. Sadly the sauna was out of action during our stay and no-one was able to tell us whether it would be fixed at any point. We stayed for 8 nights and it remained closed for the whole period. The fridge seal was not working which did not bother us but we reported it to reception when we left and were assured that it would be looked at. We were thanked for mentioning it.

Do not stat at the club resort, its dirty and evertthing is falling apart becasue its a leaky building . We got to reception and there was glass all over the ground they didn't bother cleaning it and when we got to the room it was covered in webs and bugs all over the wall and beds etc. The door handles were falling off, the walls were black and dirty. Not going to lie the veiw was amazing ! If you want the same veiws but great service and a great hotel, stay at the Oak Shores a few blocks down. Its well priced and is well looked after.

The size of the room/apartment was fantastic, the location and the absolutely outstanding view were second to none! I felt that a little bit of care and attention was needed i.e. a couple of water stains, curtain hooks needing to be replaced, cutlery could have been replaced.. however, all in all it was the perfect place to stay in Queenstown! :)
