What a lovely hotel with such friendly staff! We only stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. You can't beat the location- it is right in town and near to all the restaurants. The happy hour had free wine, beer, and snacks and we loved all the candy and free snacks in the room. The decor was very unique and we enjoyed using the outdoor hot tub. The staff was also so kind and allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few days while we were tramping. 10/10 recommend!

Great location, walkable to downtown. Cute building with a new lobby and included drinks / happy hour / snacks. Thes staff was extremely welcoming and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable. All you can ask for from a small boutique hotel.

Happy hour! Free wine, beer and snacks each day between 5 & 6 PM. Close to everything. Short walk to the Kiei Park where we got see 4 kiwi at close quarters, and other New Zealand birds and the Tuatara. Also the chairlift is close as well as a short walk to the centre of Queenstown and its foreshore. There is a bit of a hill, but careful planning of our path minimised this. There is a nice cosy lounge which gives it a homely feel. Rooms are well appointed if a little small, but hanging out in the lounge ameliorated this , and at happy hour we got to meet new people.

Very cute little hotel that was walking distance to everything in Queenstown but still quiet at night. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and hot tub a lot. The staff were kind and helpful and did some much needed laundry for us.

Great hotel we stayed in for 3 nights. It's located in the middle of town, the rooms are a good size and beds were large and very comfortable. The happy hour with free drinks and nibbles was a great addition.

This property exceded our expectations, the staff were friendly and helpful. Having luggage storage for a few days while we did a hike was excellent and the bags were already in our room on our return. We loved the extra little touches with the complimentary snacks and drinks in our room, along with a complimentary candy bar selection and free beverages for happy hour each day 5-6pm. Would suggest to any of my friends or family to stay there and would happily stay again!
