Excellent value for your money

We had a great couple of days here. Beds very comfy, rooms clean and good facilities especially the guest kitchen. Bathroom a little run down but still very adequate for needs. Would definitely recommend and come back on my next trip to Rotorua. Thank you

Dirty bathroom. Not worth the price they charge.

Overly priced for the condition of the room. Very dirty bathroom. Pools dirty. Very poor overall. Would not recommend to anyone. Will never be making a stop to this place again!

Not worth 189.

The condition of the facilities was far less than what I paid for. The occupants of the neighboring rooms were very noisy. The mitel looked nice in the website and it under deliver.

Quite handy for a walk into town.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the hairdryer was very good.
Cons: Would be good to have hooks in the bathroom for towels and would be nice to have some milk provided for tea and coffee when one first arrives.
Location: Close enough to walk into town.
Wasn't quite how it looked as advertised. Minimal parking, especially with the people next door having two cars and taking up our space. Probably nice if you have one of the rooms upstairs and have a bit of a view. Ground floor gives a view of next door's car.

Actually Disgusting

Ive stayed in alot of motels and hotels around the world. Im not fussy. But when you feel more dirty getting out of the mould ridden shower and sticky bathroom floor... than when you got in.. theres a problem. Staff were lovely. But this place looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICS.

Good value for money

Pros: Location, cleanliness and good access to rooms
Cons: The room is large and clean, but needs renovation of bathrooms, and has no wardrobe.
Location: Exelent
Acceptable for one to two nights because there is no wardrobe. Good value for money

Close to everywhere

The photo is quite misleading. The property needs a lot of renovation - cabinets falling apart, the toilet needs a serious cleaning especially the shower walls and the edges, and the room has not a good smell. The staff were very nice though and I saw that they were doing their best in cleaning especially the staff who cleans the kitchen, he ensure that everything is in order. Lastly the heater in the room where we stayed is not working, good thing the receptionist lend us a small heater.

Below average motel

I wasn't expecting much from this 3 star motel but i was still disappointed once I turned up for my stay. The place is suffering from alot of wear and tear. I didnt even want to use the shower in my room as it just looked horrible. The rest of the room was clean enough and it was quiet with a comfy bed so that was good but the whole place needs a good spruce up.

Superficial facelift to an old motel. Thermal pool was often empty & when full it wasn't even warmer than the large heated pool.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. In regards to thermal pool we had to drained it every night and fill it again in the morning as its mineral water.
