At first I loved this room (stayed 3 nights) since it felt like our own little apartment. However after the 1st night I started to notice all the bus, the dirt on the base boards and our wifi died. I contacted the staff service team (no reception, very self-serve) about the wifi, after they told us to unplug the modem, I contacted them to say it still didn’t work.
Their response that it was working while they were there so I should contact management.
Customer service was great to me however what left a sour taste in my mouth was 1) when they said it still worked since it obviously didn’t and 2) when I talked to an other customer they said they were having issues too, however their messages to customer service were being ignored.
As tourists from out of country, we really rely on wifi to get around and enjoy the country we are visiting. Sadly, we spent most of our time looking for free wifi in cafes
