Excellent customer service. Very accomodating staff. Very close to hospital for visiting family. Close to eat street. Very quiet and a great sleep. Thank you for accomodating me all last week.

Brilliant to have fresh milk but not offered it on check in. Found afterwards. Staff helpful but understaffed. No information about the place in the room. Only found out we could use Novotel pool by reading past reviews. Poor cousin to Novotel. I felt for the staff.

Check-in was a disaster. Room not ready till 6.40 pm. Had to hang around for nearly two hours waiting tired after solid day of travel and sightseeing. Duty manager failed to front or contact after requesting to see.Reduced our options for evening entertainment in Rotorua. Front reception were VG. Management a fail.Overall experience tarnished. Management need a rocket.

Well appointed room facing the city. Plenty of dining options all within walking distance. Concierge was happy to call a taxi to help me get to the airport on time.

The room was good. Didn't like the check in/out being apart of the bar. The staff member was to busy doing both jobs so it was a slow process. Also had to wait for a table to come available during breakfast.

Rooms are dated, particularly the bathrooms, but generally clean and tidy. It's adequate, but that's about it. The buffet breakfast food was OK, but the coffee was really bad, as was the juice. Overall, I'd give the breakfast a miss.
