Really nice stay. Extremely comfortable beds and a well appointed room. Location is a bit 'touristy' but very safe and good for a 1st time San Fran traveller. Staff were fantastic. Extremely helpful and the common areas were really good. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The property was okay, dated but very close to all attractions. They discounted my resort fees at checkout because the hot water wasn’t working but when I checked my card they charged the full price. The whole credit card hold business in the US for “incidentals” is a rort, especially at places like Zephyr that don’t actually have a restaurant, cafe or bar where you can charge anything back to your room. Luckily I kept my check out receipt to prove the discount but will involve a lot of stuffing around with bank etc. Overall, C-

The hotel is located in a safe place, walking distance to public transport and most places. Slightly run down but clean. They were able to provide us with early check in (extra fee) which was so helpful as our flight got in at 7am!
