Hi Jess - thank you for your feedback; its valuable to our business. We have taken on board comments about arrival & departure details - although I can't send an email prior as we don't receive those details - I could possibly send a text with this information so thank you for the advice that this is currently not working the best. Supplies should be replenished prior to new arrival; I will discuss this with my cleaner to ensure is correct in future.
