We really loved the Ramada, but the beds are way too soft. And the lounges in these rooms are so uncomfortable. Also wish in the ocean view rooms, take away the dam baths. Honestly as a middle aged couple, climbing over it was awkward, thank goodness there was a rail to hold onto. We are late 50s and early 60s and tall. But apart from that, the rooms are equipped with everything you need. Wardrobes are great and kitchen was amazing. The balcony was to die for, I got so many great photos of the ocean amd the full moon, which felt like we could reach out and touch it. Everything is in walking distance, the pool was so nice and the day spa was lovely we both had pedicures, staff were amazing. The Little Beach Boathouse was our final meal and we became engaged to be married after dinner. Highly recommend this restaurant to eat. Thankyou Ramada, we'll be back.

I stayed in two separate rooms at the resort. The first was low budget, family friendly room. While no view and only stairs to access the room was comfortable and clean. The second room was the deluxe suite, a beautiful space, although the spa/shower combo could do with an upgrade. Just tired and dangerous to stand in the spa tub to shower. Otherwise, location is perfect.

It is a great location with stunning veiws of the water and great local restaurants right at your door step. The people were incrediable friendly and courteous. The hotel room its self was clean, comfortable and suprisingly large especially for the price. The local vibe is so relaxed and their is countless beaches, hiking trails and lookout all with gorgeous veiws with in minutes of the hotel. Will deffinatley be back next chance we get

Ramada is your typical family resort. Perfectly located across from shoal bay it provides all the essential amenities for a family holiday - indoor and outdoor pools, spa, fitness centre. Service staff are very friendly. Caine who checked us in and out made us feel very welcome. If you want a no hassle, easy to access place in Shoal Bay - Ramada is ideal.

Swimming pool indoor and outdoor is nice and warm spa is good. I dislike the room chair of dining table is too old and not comfortable material and I need to use cushions as chair seat.

Our check in wasn’t a warm welcome, no smiles or welcome. Going up to our room the young cleaners were mucking around and we had to move their stuff to get past, they kept chatting. We found biscuit wrapper under the coffee table. When going down for dinner, 2 staff members pushed past us with containers of empty bottles. It was as if we were in their way. The pool area was great and we were even given an iceblock by a lovely girl who was super friendly. Check out was by same girl who checked us in. She needs to smile, there wasn’t anyone else so wasn’t busy. Great place but people skills needs work.
