Peaceful place for relaxation
My stay at Barong Villa was perfect from start to end. Management efficiently arranged a pick-up for me at the airport as well as a transfer to my next hotel- no hassle! Views from the patio were fantastic: forest, mountains and rice paddy fields all at once! The villas are off the beaten path in a quaint little village. Food was excellent- really enjoyed everything I tried. As the village is a bit of a distance to walk (especially in the rain), the fact that good food was available to order and enjoy from your patio was very convenient! Made, the manager there, went out of his way to be there to greet me and checked up on me throughout my stay to make sure there was nothing I needed. I also forgot my iPod there upon leaving and Made and his trustworthy staff found it and personally delivered it to me at my next hotel before my departure home. Great customer service, a fantastic team and a unique location!

SÉJOUR TRÈS AGRÉABLE
Lorsque vous arrivez dans cet hôtel vous êtes bouche bée! Son emplacement, le panorama (toutes les villas ont une vue directe sans vis-à-vis sur les rizières) et l'infrastructure sont tout simplement incroyables! Le petit bémol concerne le service qui n'est pas tout à fait au point... (lenteur du service, obligation de tout solliciter, pas de paiement par CB alors que cela n'était pas indiqué au préalable) Mais il faut avouer que la beauté du lieu et la gentillesse du personnel font rapidement oublier cela. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Barong Villas, très zen et paisible. Nous recommandons ce lieu malgré les petites fausses notes.

Nature spectaculaire, chambres biens, service zero
Environnement et vue spectaculaire. Chambres superbes. L'hôtel vient d'ouvrir et le service est complètement indigent. Il n'y a pas de route pour les derniers 300 mètres. Il faut porter ses bagages jusqu'à l'entrée de l'hôtel. 2 misérables petites serviettes dans les salles de bain. Pas de savon. Ils m'ont fait croire m'avoir upgradée dans 2 chambres au lieu d'une ( je voyage avec mes 2 ados) puis m'ont fait payer la 2 eme chambre à la fin!!!! Il faut attendre en moyenne au moins une heure le room service alors qu'il n'y a que 5 chamred
