Hi Gurpreet,Lets put this into proper context with facts: Room was hygenically cleaned prior to your access to room. Air con system in that room is old and may have made a slight humming sound. Within 5 mins of entering room you came back to reception saying it could give you a headache (a pre-meditated foregone conclusion that this would be the case after your stay). The truth is that you never asked for a change of room, however, I volunteered that we were not in a position to offer an alternative room as one was not available. Whist you had been in the room for 5 mins, you had used the toilet facilities, and therefore the room was deemed to be used and had to be hygenically cleaned prior to letting to another guest. This was not possible on that day as the housekeepers were no longer available after your check-in. By your own admission, all your issues were apparant in the first 5 mins. At that point (after first 5 mins), you could have simply declined to stay and you had options to seek alternative accommodation, but you chose to stay. with the intention to winge about any perceived or real short comings of the hotel after departure (as eveident by your above comments.Your lady friend who visited you for a short while (as evident on the hotel security cameras) appears to have left some clothes behind in the room, which we can forward to you once you provide a forwarding address.
