Rooms are clean, spacious well equipped. Great sound proofing, there was a barking dog in a room near mine and I could only hear it when I was in the hallway. Overall excellent, great value for money, will definitely stay again.

I came in very late and left early - the team were great in giving accurate instructions to collect the key and get into the building. The room was comfortable, bathroom was a little leaky in the shower (but nothing too bad). Heating was a problem - the room was incredibly hot all night and whatever was done to reduce the temp didn't work.

Absolutely disgusting state of the property, black mould, dirt, blood on the walls. Cutlery not adequate and draws also in disgusting state, bathroom Absolutely disgusting! Won't be staying again. Wouldn't let someone I dislike even stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large and well fitted out. There is parking on site for a good daily rate which was a good point for us. The hotel is easy to locate and access. But our room needed a bit of tlc, such a toilet cistern not always turning off and air con needed attention. Overall a good property and we would stay there again.

Stayed here with a young family. Good location but poor property. Very undermaintained with broken furniture. Not clean with blood present on the walls which we had to wipe up. Stained linen. Was told we would receive a cot before arrival and it didn't arrive. Would not stay again.
