The property itself, the rooms & the facilities were amazing. Everything you could need AND more, however the NOISE was something else. It sounded like I was sleeping outside with people walking past, trains beeping their horns and general noises all around. I slept with ear plugs in and was still woken multiple times through the night with very loud noise. The rooms are not soundproof and the noise travels through the glass doors and windows which are everywhere. I wouldn’t stay again only because of the noise level and a night of no sleep. Otherwise the peppery was great.

Position Someone bouncing a ball in car park in the late evening

Regarding a person bouncing a ball in the carpark, we do ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If this happened after 9pm, we can only apologise now and hopefully if you stay with us again, you should feel free to call us on the after hours number so that we can address the issue for you. We wish you well with your future travels.

The staff at the property were great. Very helpful. I was checking in late and they called me when they knew I was on my way just to ensure I was finding the place safely. I felt really welcomed and well looked after. I can highly recommend the stay. And I will definitely be returning.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are located in the heart of South Yarra and Prahran so there is always something to do within walking distance of the property and this is often the reason our guests come to stay; especially on the weekends.

Tight parking problematic on exiting. Experienced a Guest altercation requiring Police removal , proving unsettling and questioning location safety.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review following your recent stay. Unsavoury characters are certainly not the norm for us at the property but in this instance, we acted promptly and Victoria Police attended calmly and quietly and removed said person from the property with no further issue. I am not sure what the guest altercation was that took place so if you have any further information on that for us it would be helpful to hear from you and I can pass this information on to Victoria Police - the guest was removed as they were a person of interest. The gate to the car park here opens automatically on the way out of the property so that there is no issue for the guest. Perhaps you might have needed to edge a little closer to the gate in order for it to open more smoothly for you. We have not had the feedback the the parking is 'tight' before (in face we have lots of buses and trucks use our car park with no issue) but we will certainly keep an eye on it and thank you for the feedback.
