The bad
It’s run on a shoestring, I stayed 3 days and had to ask for a top of shower gel. Nobody cleaned my room in that time. The light globes were cheap ones that had a wierd flicker to them which was super annoying, and the bed was really soft (I know some ppl like that) the blinds in the room didn’t work properly so I felt a bit exposed in the bathroom to the neighbouring apartments, no onsite parking, glass doors in the entrance grubby and fingerprints (I know they’re hard to keep clean but if it’s glass it should be clean), ghostly vibe
The good
Art and decor is fantastic, great location there on Fitzroy st, good price, ghostly vibe (might be your jam who knows)

The room had lights not working , mould in the shower, no tissues , the sky light in the bathroom was covered with dead crickets. Other than that the beds were very comfortable a d the artwork was fabulous.

I'm sorry to hear that the linen was not changed daily. As mentioned in the Welcome letter, we only service rooms upon request. Regarding the lack of milk for tea and coffee, I understand how frustrating it can be when you lack the necessary amenities. Did you bring this to the attention of the hotel staff during your stay? Please, for next time, let us know, and we can provide additional items you require.

Good rooms in a great location, Rooms were clean and well appointed. Didn't realise there was no lift facilities which was a bit of a challenge traveling with an 8 month old and all of the associated stuff. Comfortable bed and great pillows.
