Toilet leaked. Room smelled of smoke.

Staff were excellent, if not a little understaffed. Room was not ready (or were many others checking in after 2pm) Room was very basic but clean (ish) and aircon worked. 3 levels of grotty/torn carpet stairs with a suitcase was not great. Public transport - bus out the front and train 2 blocks away. 7/11 across the road for drinks and snacks.

Not enough towels for guest ratio didn’t notice until we got back from a concert soaking wet and didn’t have enough towels then went to get into bed and dirty sheets with what looked like mouse droppings so had to sleep on top of needing as reception was closed by then

I would never stay at this place again. Nobody follows no smoking policy, no blind over window about door made room bright when trying to sleep. Aircraft noise and noise from other residences was a frustration. Rooms are about as basic as they come. Not sure where 3 star rating domes from. I’d say 1 star

Cockroaches in the bathroom. 5 people stayed only 2 towels supplied and 1 roll toilet paper. Not staying here again
