Average all round - facilities not terribly well maintained, pool gates locked, bbq tray overflowing with water and fat residue. Beds were like cardboard and I have spent a week in physio for my shoulder because of them. Double headed shower seemed impressive, but neither worked properly. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and slide, but I did feel it was a bit over priced for the condition of the property. Kitchen facilities were good - but the general feel of the place is a bit worn.

Was lovely and shady, however sites were really uneven and hard to position tent for even floor. Facilities were great.

Once a wonderful quiet oasis in the rainforest, it is now a has-been. Nothing has been maintained and it seems like the park is being sold off bit by bit to the adjacent retirement village. Sad. It’s no surprise that it has lost its big4 status.

Loved the pool, the jumping pillow and the playground. There is a mini putt putt course that doesnt look like its been used for years and there was a games room that needed coins to operate anything. We were given a sheet when we entered to let is know what we could do while were there (last week of school holidays) it said there was a kids club but when we enquired we were advised it hadnt run since christmas. So i just thought it would have been easier to either cross it out? Or let people know that its not available, rather then people walk around the whole grounds looking for it? Overall the kids enjoyed themselves and the campsites were clean

We appreciate all feedback and take on-board what you have to say about the Park. The mini putt putt is extremely well used and does need a little TLC, we are currently addressing that. Sorry for any confusion regarding our Kids Club, we only ever run it over the 2 busiest weeks of any school holiday period and usually for 3 days a week. If guests ask our Receptionists at the time of booking when the Kids Club is on we let them know the dates/days then. It looks like the kids had a great time regardless as we have so much on offer here for them to do. Hopefully we will see you here again and make sure you ask about our Kids Club when you book so as to avoid any disappointment. Regards Management

Our family had the best time here, so many activities for our kids to do and they loved the waterslide and swimming pool. The Tibetan restaurant on site was amazing. The property was a little run down but we still had a comfortable stay and the staff were all friendly.

I loved the hole thing. It was close to the shops. It was nice and quiet. I didn’t have a problem with anything. And will be staying there again.
