Not worth it

We stayed at the resort just because of the adventure zone and now we wish we stayed elsewhere! To be fair the staff was friendly and the room was clean but that’s where it ends. We were given a room in the Boomerang wing on the second floor and all was fine until the lift doors opened that floor absolutely stunk. I can’t even describe the smell it was possibly a mix of mold and trying to cover up the smell, fortunately the smell stayed in the hallway. In the room everything appears clean including the bathroom. The room does need updating as the curtains were covered in holes which let the light in and pillows were so flat we had to use 3 pillows each. The room also lacked things such as a microwave. The hotel needs security cameras in the hallways and to monitor those cameras to assist with maintaining the comfort of guests. There were kids running up and down the hallway making loads of noise until 1am which made it hard to get our little one to sleep. There was no parent supervision, they were playing up, and even doing knock and runs we had it twice after 11pm! The adventure zone is getting worn with a broken slide in the playground and 1 trampoline out of action. The main attraction is the waterslides in the kids pool which are fine until the weekend hits. On weekends it’s overcrowded and parents don’t supervise their children! There are kids over 12 and the kids don’t wait they just slide right after little ones bowling them over. Just go elaewhere!

Nice hotel. Average room

Great facilities such as pool bar and other activities. Room was average and flooded. I would recommend it though because it is fantastic to have so many activities Available with out having to go anywhere. Just would of preferred a better room for price

Highly overpriced for the room we stayed in.

Pros: The outdoor areas were great, great facilities for kids and nice restaurant. There was plenty of areas to park and staff in reception were pleasant.
Cons: Price of rooms.
The room cost $220 for one night. The room was one big open area with 2 Queen size beds and a bathroom separate. There wasn't a balcony or any out door area, so we felt like we were staying in a box. For this price, I have stayed in much better places, and was very disappointed with the room. I had stayed with Oaks Oasis before with a voucher, 3 nights, 2 people $289. The outdoor areas are great, nice restaurant and facilities, but would never stay in the 'Boomerang Room' again, I thought it was highly overpriced for what we got.

Great spot but horrible room

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment for one night, unfortunately the condition of the room was absolutely disgusting. I woke up with bites all over my stomach and back. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m extremely disappointed in this. The staff need to clean these rooms, the sheets are stained, the bed had some one else’s hair all over it. The lounge has stains over it everywhere. The price we paid for what we got was very disappointing.

Exciting, fun and clean.

Kids absolutely loved staying here. However, we needed a week here instead of a few days. Room was wonderful and clean. Location is fantastic and close to everything you could need. Definitely returning.
