Noisy

Pros: large rooms with good facilities
Cons: Noise insulation and ability to cater for large groups at reasonable prices
The hotel is clean with good facilities however there is a significant noise problem, conversations echo up and down the hallways and through floors. We also had difficulty getting reasonably priced group meals for our large wedding group although this would be due to the facility being at maximum capacity.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback, we are glad the facilities met your standards and apologize for the dinning experience during this time of year we become extremely busy, please let us know if you return with a larger group so we can reserve tables and service for you.

Hi Justine, our standard room rates for a resort or guest room $229 with the option to upgrade to a view. The room you stayed in was a higher grade accommodation room and as such we keep the fridge clear for guests to store their own groceries, we have a fully stoked kiosk available at reception for guest purchase. As in line with most other holiday accommodation you can choose to add breakfast to your stay and select in-house movies from your tv. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us and we hope to see you again soon.

great time

Pros: The best view
Cons: Include breakfast
Location: Golf course, although we stay because we like the resort and family are close.
We always stay here when we come to the Sunshine Coast, great facilities, clean rooms and the best staff, always smiling, warm and helpful.

Had to move rooms due to the first room having dirty linen. Staff were great about it but concerning that it happened in the first place.
