The only thing I found off-putting was the overwhelming smell in the lobby. Some kind of scent meant to make the lobby smell good but it was too much, and a strange mixture of spice and septic tank. please use less deodoriser. it got into my clothes

Great vibe with a little bit of a difference. Pretty basic rooms: coffee maker, jug and cups. No utensils to be able to eat in if you wanted to. No food available for room service. No iron for clothes in the room. Bed was comfy. We couldn’t open our window as you were right above all the ducts so it was too noisy. 5-10 min walk to the train station

Hi JimThank you we do have another 149 rooms opening in April that are up to double the size the room that you stayed in and also a different bathroom set WE hope to see you again

The full view shower / toilet was not disclosed before our booking and we were very unhappy with the size of the room as it didn’t correspond with website pictures. Parking was incredibly difficult to navigate as the entrance & exit was dangerous. Very disappointed as it was twice the cost of other options in the area.
