The room was wonderful, beds were very comfortable and facilities were great. Mixed interactions with reception staff. Male at desk was very unhelpful and rude, appeared to be making remarks and giggling at my family. Smoke alarm started to sound every 20 seconds as though the battery was flat at around 10pm, called reception and was advised that there was no maintenance staff on and to take the alarm down and remove battery. Option to organise airport transport was helpful. Quite noisy but that comes with a great inner city location.
