I had a problem in that my room was directly over the extraction fan for the kitchen. It was so noisy that you could not hear the TV in the room. The staff knew of the problem and said it would go off at 8.30pm when the Kitchen closed. At 9.30pm the noise was so bad I checked out to another hotel. On departure the staff asked what the issue was. They told me the staff had gone home and forgot to turn the fan off. One of the worst hotel experiences ever and in Australia.

Going to the Lyric Theatre was easy to get to. The bus stop was just outside the hotel and made the connection to and from the airport great. With the main road outside it was a bit noisy but was only one night.

What unfortunately really noisy and no air con so on a hot night , it was difficult to have to choose between windows open for air or closed to keep traffic noise out .

TV didn’t work, bathroom was dirty, bathroom bin not emptied, stains on bed sheets, floor fan unsafe (housing loose and wires exposed), no AC, dust on shelves, food left on chair, windows in poor condition (no screens - had to be propped up with a spoon), overall possibly the worst accommodation choice ever - emailed The Dunkirk post our stay - no reply.
