We like the position of the property, the staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Tuning the TV was a major problem for us. The daily housekeeping was unreliable.

Paid for Valet parking. When I got home I noticed the left rear wheel rim of my brand new car was damaged. The staff member would have felt the hit but failed to acknowledge their incompetence or the damage when handing over the car.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Perfect location right next to the beach and shopping and a few minutes walk to the ferry. Will be back!

Minimal cupboard/ wardrobe space. No drawers/ cupboards on desk or bedside tables. Not enough for more than a weekend stay. Had the feel of a budget hotel room. Exterior large metal (extractor?) unit outside (next to balcony) made constant noise day and night. Overall a disappointing room for price paid.

I liked that this property was central to everything and very clean. Maggie on the front reception desk was particularly helpful when we were booking in and out. We had a lovely stay and left feeling refreshed. Thank you.

Very nice staff. Clean. Comfortable. Brilliant location. Ocean views from the room were great. Roof top pool with drinks service was handy. N Steyne Road does have traffic and a few people can be heard out drinking at nearby bars until late. But the balcony doors are double-glazed so keep most of the sound out. Just the odd car alarm was annoying. But earplugs help.
